What GACD Members Are Saying

"I have grown professionally and personally and derived two great benefits from my membership in GACD. One is the educational opportunity from exceptional clinicians from around the nation. The other is the relationships that I have made and maintained throughout the years.

I truly value the relationships that I have made with lab technicians, consultants and the vendors, people I can trust to do the right thing."

Susan Rifkin, DDS
GACD member since 2008

"I highly recommend any dentist get involved with quality continuing education if they want to be successful. Also, finding a mentor early in my career would have really helped me get a better start with my practice."

Chris Sholota, DDS
GACD member since 2007

"I joined for the world class continuing education and networking. Our members are always to help a colleague and I recommend joining to learn from your peers."

Jeff Sims, DDS
GACD member since 2007

"I joined the GACD because one of my mentors, Jim Merriman, introduced me to the organization. I quickly learned that is was a fantastic way to get high quality CE without expensive travel!

I have always valued continuing education and organized dentistry.  I have become increasingly concerned in today's digitized and online world that the relationships gained through organized dentistry are threatened.  We must adapt our organization in some way to give the younger generation a reason to join and then hopefully we all will benefit from the relationships established."

George Childress, DMD
GACD member since 2011

"I’ve always loved quality CE, and the GACD is known for bringing in world class speakers at a fee that is very affordable. Their meetings give one a chance to hear new ideas and concepts without traveling far.

As a member, I really appreciate the friendships and connections that have developed over the years. It is a great opportunity to share with other dentists and lab techs that are 'in the trench' and facing the same issues I do. It is a great opportunity for professional development with like-minded dental professionals."

Jim Forester, DMD
